COVID-19 UPDATE

At Boston Mills, we wanted to send a personal note to let you know how we are responding to the COVID-19 situation.

We are following government guidelines to support a healthy and safe marketplace as well as a more significant commitment to public health. Additionally, we have introduced rigorous additional cleaning of all commonly touched surfaces throughout our showroom and warehouses.

For customers with upcoming deliveries: Our packaging teams are following a high level of rigor when it comes to the safety and hygiene of each piece. If needed, you have the option to request a special drop-off outside of your home or in your garage. Please contact us at 214-666-6647 if you’d like to arrange an outside or garage drop-off.

We realize this is a challenging time, and we remain firmly dedicated to the safety of our customers, teams, and communities. We will continue to monitor the situation to quickly adapt and continue to provide you with the best possible experience.

COVID-19 TEMPORARY CLOSURES

In the fight against COVID-19, Boston Mills’ showroom will close as and when deemed necessary depending on the fluctuating COVID-19 surge and local government’s recommendations. However, we will continue to provide phone support, schedule deliveries, pickups, and exclusive appointments during the closure.

VISITING GUIDELINES

To support the health and safety of everyone visiting, Boston Mills and the World Trade Center have enacted new measures that will continue for the foreseeable future. The new measures include a temperature check for each person entering the building and a mask requirement.

Moreover, there are additional safety measures: open parking, large entryways, quick registration in multiple areas, wide hallways, multiple escalators to allow for the appropriate distance between customers. 

While visiting, everyone should follow the guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control regarding good hygiene, sanitation, and social distancing. Those details are available here. Below are the specific instructions:

STEPS FOR YOU TO TAKE

  1. We recommend that all guests wear a mask. If you do not have a mask, they are available at all registration desks.

  2. Anyone who has been in close contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19, who is feeling ill themselves, or who has symptoms should follow the guidelines established by the CDC. Details are available here.

  3. Social distancing is encouraged for the comfort and safety of others.

STEPS WE ARE TAKING

  1. All Boston Mills’ staff wears protective masks, washes and/or sanitizes hands before entering the showroom.

  2. Any furniture piece touched on but not purchased is thoroughly sanitized, disinfected, and kept untouchable for 24 hours.

  3. The World Trade Center building maintains daily enhanced cleaning and ensures the availability of hand sanitizer at dedicated stations and registration areas. Maintenance staff applies hospital-grade cleaners on all hard surfaces with particular attention to doorways, doorknobs, counters, elevators and elevator buttons, floor-by-floor handrails, and escalator handrails.
