Prices are listed by item number and priced in US dollars. Subject to change without notice. Please ask us for our wholesale pricing.

MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT

$10,000.00 - Initial Order. No minimum on item in stock.

CREDIT CARDS

We accept Cash, Visa, Master Card and Discover.

CREDIT TERMS

First orders are on Cash or CREDIT CARD basis only. Credit card orders must have the account number, the account name on the card, along with the mailing address (for credit card verification) and expiration date. Credit card orders are pre-authorized for payment before shipments are packed; credit cards are billed at the time of shipment. All Credit Card orders are considered a 'Hold for Confirmation' until a credit card number is received.

IMPORT ORDERS

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time order is placed. Another 25% payment shall be received before the order is shipped from the factory to Dallas showroom. Remaining balance of 50% is required prior to shipping of the product from Dallas showroom. Returned orders already shipped are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Orders may be canceled within five (5) business days of the order placement.

THE PRIVILEGE OF NET 30 terms is offered to customers who have submitted satisfactory credit references for fourth and subsequent orders. Net 30, according to our interpretation, means payment is due, in our office, 30 days from the date of invoice. Any variation from our published terms must be requested in writing. All requests must be acknowledged by Boston Mills to be honored. Any past due balance will be charged an annual finance charge of 18%. Future in-house orders will not be released for production/shipment until all past due outstanding balances are paid in full and received in our accounting department, including finance charges. Should it be necessary to refer the account balance to a licensed collection agency or attorney for legal action, all subsequent charges and legal fees shall be paid by the applicant.

DELIVERY

Since we make a good percentage of our furniture from scratch our average ship time for either custom items or standard items that are not in stock is approximately 22-24 weeks from the time the order is placed until the piece arrives in our Dallas showroom. However, there are ways to shorten this lead time if you are in a hurry: Our most popular pieces are almost always in production, so the lead time may be much shorter than 22-24 weeks on standard items.

This is an estimate. We can’t guarantee specific delivery dates. The lead time begins at the point at which the initial deposit is received. Upon completion, the piece(s) will not be delivered until the balance has been paid in full. The balance must be paid within a week of notification, even if you are not prepared to take delivery. We are able to hold the piece(s) for up to a week free of charge. Afterward you are subject to possible storage fees.

Please inspect the piece(s) at the time of delivery. If there is anything incorrect or the piece has been damaged during shipping, this is the only time you’ll be able to point these issues out.  Once the piece(s) has been delivered and accepted there is far less we can do to make alterations or fixes without charging additional costs. Please denote any damage on BOL or invoice at time of delivery and reject delivery in necessary cases.

RETURN POLICY

In case a product has a major manufacturing defect, you are entitled to an exchange or refund within 48 hours of delivery. Minor imperfections are part of handmade furniture and shall not be liable for a return. Please note that the product must be returned unused, in original packaging including all tags. In case of refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. You can find the return address under bostonmills.net/contact.

PRODUCT DESIGN

We may occasionally alter or slightly change the design of items. We cannot accept these changes as faults. Most of our furniture is handcrafted and therefore sizes are only offered as a guide. We reserve the right to change specification without prior notice.

WOODEN FURNITURE CARE

All hardwood furniture will inevitably have natural marks, grain patterns, medullary waves, knots and blemishes that make each product unique. These characteristics help to enhance the furniture’s beauty and charm.  All customers must show a duty of care when purchasing wooden furniture as some maintenance will be required and there are considerations for its use.
